Update: Time Warner has posted a full rundown of what's new in Version 2.0 of TWCable TV. This is the version we'd heard about a few weeks ago, which does indeed add quite a bit of functionality. Channel listings have been expanded to 100, users can now tune their cable boxes from within the app, and Remove DVR Manager has been added to let you schedule things whilst away. All useful additions if you're still rocking stock iOS. If not, you can see what it really looks like in the image below.
Update 2: Well, that didn't take long! Here's a bypass for you troublemakers.
[Thanks, Chris]

Man that is a bummer that TWC has no love for those who have broken out. I would suppose that if you could watch your live television outside of your home that would be the big kicker, seems with the new TWC update, both the phone and the user need to be jail broken. Jail being their home; really if you are going to stream television to you "mobile" device, you should be out mobile somewhere. Working for DISH I purchased a sling adapter last year when it was released, and I have been streaming all my live subscribed channels, and my record shows to my iPhone no matter where I am, 3G, or wifi. This is the biggest reason that you need to compare all your choices, you could be wanting to watch your favorite shows on the bus ride home from work, and find yourself playing solitaire if you choose the incorrect one for you. http://www.besttvforme.com
