Dachis Continues To Shop For Facebook Preferred Developers, Buys Archrival

Social business services company Dachis Group has acquired Archrival, an youth marketing consultancy agency. Earlier this month, Dachis acquired Stuzo, a provider of social marketing applications and programs. In both cases, the acquired company is a early Facebook Preferred Developer. In both cases, Dachis Group declined to share the terms of the purchase.
